*I think too many times we focus on all the bad stuff about one another or about ourselves. Why not focus on the good stuff for once? I challenge you to make a list of all your good attributes, or even just a list of things that others use to describe you. It really forces you to step back and see how others perceive you, or how you perceive yourself. See how many you can come up with. You might surprise yourself.

Thank you. Good luck this week as you go to the gym. I it so nice to find someone that hasn't given up. What do your workout look like daily? Do you do one long trip to the gym or 2 shorter trips?
I really like this post.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mindy :) Jesterrose, I normally do one intense trip to the gym but if I can go twice in one day I definately do. I normally go for no less than two hours and normally I end up staying for about three. I generally do about two hours of intense cardio, thirty minutes of muscle training, and another thirty minutes on the bike as a cooldown mode. Good luck with your workout and I'm glad you made a list :) You can look at it everyday to remind you of all the great things in life :)
